I contracted with Dan at Soldano Realty to sell my co-op on Shore Rd and Dan did an outstanding job. My primary residence is on the west coast, and I was often only available by phone. In addition, this was my first co-op, and I was not familiar with the sales process. This required Dan to take on added responsibilities in keeping me informed, up to date on the requirements, and basically walking me through the process. He did this in a highly professional and efficient manner, which I truly appreciated

He was Knowledgeable, Professional, Pleasant and Aways Available when needed. My husband and I were connected with Danny via StreetEasy to view houses in Bay Ridge. We were so happy and impressed by his expertise and professionalism, we started seeing houses on Staten Island as well. Danny is easy going and kind, but very sharp and understands his role very well. Danny is very responsive, via text and email, while also being generous with his time and knowledge. He supported us through a multi-offer situation with respect and though ultimately it didn’t work out, Danny was our advocate, staying true to our desires and needs.
