Why I Built Soldano Realty

I spent thirteen years at five brokerages: large and small, franchise and independent. I learned how to sell, price, market and guide clients through major decisions. I also watched the human element begin to disappear. Real estate became more about corporate image and numbers than the people behind each move.

So in 2023, I came back to Bay Ridge, signed a lease on a Third Avenue storefront and put my own name on the door. That means every client matters, every deal is personal and my reputation rides on all of it.
