Raffle Rules

  1. Free to enter. No purchase necessary. Nothing you buy improves your odds.
  2. You must have a Bay Ridge, Brooklyn address to be considered. The address you enter on the form is how eligibility is checked.
  3. You must be 18 or older to enter.
  4. One entry per person. Duplicate entries are removed by email address and do not increase your chances.
  5. Paper entries from the July 24 Summer Stroll booth are already in the drawing. You do not need to enter again, and if you do, you are still counted once.
  6. Entries are open as long as this page is live. The entry window closes when we announce the drawing date on Instagram at @soldanorealty and by email to everyone entered.
  7. The drawing happens live on Instagram at @soldanorealty. Four prizes, four winners, one prize per winner, drawn at random.
  8. Winners are also contacted by email or phone, so you do not need to watch live to win.
  9. Prizes are gift certificates to the restaurants shown above. No cash substitution.
  10. By entering you are added to our email list for our newsletter and market updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
