My philosophy is to put my clients first and ahead of my personal needs.  It sounds simple, but you would be surprised at how many agents treat their clients just the opposite.  Before you decide on a Realtor ask yourself: Does this person have my best interests in mind?  Are they knowledgable in the area I wish to move in?  Are they responsive?
